5. In terms of equipment, it is necessary to maintain stable control of parameters such as pressure, tension, and speed at each workstation to prevent sudden changes from affecting quality. The straightness, roundness, and surface quality (cracks, protrusions) of rubber rollers can all affect exhaust. Tests using new and old rollers have shown that the difference between the two can reach 30-40%. Therefore, it is necessary to replace expired rollers in a timely manner and select qualified rollers for large-sized film rolls.
