Cowhide cardboard bucket (also known as fiberboard bucket) is a cylindrical container made of high-strength cowhide cardboard as the base material, through processes such as winding, bonding, and forming. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, food, and medicine to store powders, particles, and paste like materials.

4、 Process requirements

Curling process: The barrel body and barrel bottom/lid are double curled and interlocked, with a gap of ≤ 0.5mm.

Adhesive: Environmentally friendly PVA adhesive or hot melt adhesive, with a peel strength of ≥ 50N/cm after curing.

Printing label: Customizable enterprise logo and product information, with printing adhesion up to 4B level (ASTM D3359).

5、 Packaging and Storage

Packaging method: pallet bundling (≤ 50 pieces per pallet) or single piece wrapping film protection.

Storage and transportation conditions: Avoid direct sunlight and rain, and stack up to 5 layers.
